This is a blood squirting lizard. It's real name is Regal Horned Lizard. It lives in Mexico. It is the coolest reptile ever created. I would love one of these as a pet and not allow any canines in my house. This Lizard is spectacular!!!! I went to the park yesterday and a boy had a Yellow Gecko. Maybe I can get that. I think that the Horned Lizard is awesome too. That is an amazing defense technique. We can't have those here in New York. If you research other reptilian pets that are NOT carniverous we can look into it. Only because you take good care of the Henry's and your crabs.
This lizard is totally cool. I like that it has an unusual way to protect himself. Canines do like to prey on lizards so this one won't be a dog's dinner!!

I wish I had one of these too. Imagine how much fun it would be on holidays when everyone comes to visit. What a great animal to write about!
Lizards are cute but the blood thing was a little gross.
